Karen Birch Blundell, oboe and English horn, is a member of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Philharmonic, Eastern Festival Orchestra and is a former member of the Sarasota Orchestra. Karen has been a guest musician with the Albany Symphony, American Symphony Orchestra, Cincinnati Symphony, Hartford Symphony, Houston Symphony, Florida Orchestra, Naples Philharmonic, Springfield Symphony Orchestra, West Point Band and more. She has performed with musical legends including Béla Fleck, Idina Menzel, Bernadette Peters, Mannheim Steamroller, and The Who. Karen is a Howarth of London Artist and performs on Howarth XL instruments.
