Diego Chiri

Diego Chiri is a bilingual, multidisciplinary artist from Lima, Peru, based in New York. He works across theater and film as a director, writer, and creative collaborator. Diego graduated cum laude from Bucknell University and is currently pursuing his MFA in Creative Writing at NYU.

His work as a theater director in New York City has been recognized with multiple HOLA, ATI, and FUERZA Awards. He is also the recipient of a Communicator Award for Best Editing for a social media campaign. Additionally, Diego is a member of the Tectonic Theater Project and a certified teacher of the Moment Work technique.

Diego is a co-founder of LaGuíaCultural.com and serves as Associate Director of the Latinx artistic group COREZON.
